Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Spark Sports website and Spark Console, provided by Pulse Soft LLC (შპს პულს სოფტ) ("we," "us," or "our"). Spark Sports is a brand of Pulse Soft LLC. By using either service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You may use the website and Spark Console only for lawful purposes and within the access we grant you. You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

Spark Console access is available to authorized partners through Google sign-in. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only the account and permissions assigned to you. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The services and their content, branding, designs, and software belong to Pulse Soft LLC or its licensors. These terms grant you only the limited right to use the services as permitted and do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, distribute, or modify protected materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Soft LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, pose a security risk, or are no longer authorized under a partner relationship. You may stop using the services at any time. On termination, your permission to access Spark Console ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of Georgia, with disputes subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia (the country), subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
